How long does a search take? Our searches can take from 24 hours up to a year or longer. Our search uses several approachs. If one method does not find your book, we will try another. This method allows us to find a larger majority of books that we search for. 

What do you mean by "Free"?

This means that we have no "Up Front" fee for our service. Other services may charge you by the book or month to find your book. We do not do that. 

So what will be the price of the book?

It is true that we will not find out-of-print books in the $10.00 price range, but it might not be as expensive as you would think. Since every book is different.

How will I know you found my book?

As soon as we find your copy of the book, we will contact you by phone for Australian customers. We prefer to use the phone so we may answer any questions you may have immediately. Customers outside of Australia can expect an email message or letter via regular mail.

Full payment is required before your book is posted.
Full prepayment is required but full refunds are available  if item is not as described. minus postage within 14 days. We do not accept personal cheques from International clients but  paypal or credit cards are exceptable

 and through ABE ordering systems, or you can email & fax your

Visa. Mastercard, & Bankcard details to us.

                   All details are strictly confidential and will be deleted from our system when your order is processed.
